The terms and conditions of participation in the DMPO are outlined below:

Disclosures:

Program Participant: Several states have enacted legislation relating to being a “Discount Medical plan Organization” (DMPO). These states require certain disclosures to be made regarding your rights and programs to be registered. The package you purchased includes DMPO programs.

  • The plan is not a health insurance policy.
  • The plan provides discounts at certain health care providers for medical services.
  • The plan does not make payments directly to the providers of medical services.
  • The plan Participant is obligated to pay for all health care services but will receive a discount from those health care providers who have contracted with the DMPO.
  • The corporate name and location of the licensed DMPO is: Access One Consumer Health, Inc., 84 Villa Rd., Greenville, SC, 29615
  • The DMPO will provide the Participant with a list of participating providers at its website www.accessonedmpo.com or the Participant may call (800) 896-1962 to find a provider. Participants will be able to apply program discounts to all providers of each participating network. The Participant is obligated to pay the provider for services rendered. In no instance will the DMPO make payments directly to health care providers on behalf of the Participant.

If the Participant or the provider has a complaint regarding the DMPO, then he or she may go to www.accessonedmpo.com or call (800) 896-1962 or write to Access One Consumer Health, Inc., 84 Villa Rd., Greenville, SC 29625. This complaint will be addressed and the Participant or provider will receive a response within 15 days of receipt of the complaint by the DMPO.

The Participant may terminate participation in the first 30 days after receipt of ID card and receive full refund on any fees or dues paid, less the one time processing fee in states where permitted. After the first 30 days, the participant may cancel participation at any time. The Administrator must receive notification at least 5 business days in advance of the next billing cycle for the Participant not to be charged for that billing cycle. If you have canceled at any time after the 30 day period, and you have pre-paid any membership fees, the prepayment will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for months you have not used.

NOTE TO UTAH RESIDENTS: This program is not covered by the Utah Life and Health Guaranty Association.

NOTE TO WEST VIRGINIA RESIDENTS: If after receiving our response and you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may write or call the West Virginia Insurance Commissioner.

We continually work to validate that the products and/or services offered by the companies our search application provides are legitimate and are following all the laws and guidelines outlined by US law. TWE is a medical product and service search engine and is NOT an online pharmacy and we DO NOT prescribe, sell, distribute, or provide any drugs or medications. We DO NOT prescribe any procedures that would include the use or distribution of any medication. We DO NOT order medications, import medications, store medications, or directly supply medications to any facility, doctor, or patient.

TWE enables the user to search multiple comprehensive medical products and service databases for the best price available for your medical products, services, or medication requirements. We also help you complete the required documentation using our proprietary Internet-based software application to safely and legally order your products or medications from an approved and licensed provider. Our proprietary application provides a “SEARCH SERVICE” that allows the user to quickly and easily find pricing and then collects the required patient data, electronically organizes it, and converts it to a document in electronic form that can be printed by the user. Instructions are included throughout the process to guide the user and explain how the information is used to communicate with the product supplier to obtain the medical products at a more affordable price. Any form provided by us is not a prescription for medications, and distribution of any medication can only be distributed to patients who have a legal valid prescription from a licensed medical doctor. TWE never collects any money for any medication and only collects money for the service fee (membership fee) charged for the use of the application and for processing fees. TWE also markets other medical discount products and services that are offered through associated companies and these products are provided by those companies or are underwritten by other large national insurance companies.

TWE has no direct ownership of these companies and only provides marketing information on the services and only charges a service fee for providing and supporting these additional services.

Our membership programs come with a 30 day money back guarantee and any person who is not completely happy with our service can request a refund and shall receive a full refund of membership fees, excluding registration fee, if membership is cancelled within the first 30 days after receipt of membership materials. Some of our offered membership services or products might provide discounts at certain health care providers for medical services and TWE does not make any payments to the providers of these medical services. The member is obligated to pay for all health care services and products and must pay the providing vendor directly for those items. The range of discounts for medical or ancillary services provided under the plan will vary depending on the type of provider and medical or ancillary service received. The member has to view any and all providers or suppliers of any medical product or service prior to purchase of that product or service and all prices or discounts must be provided by that provider and made easily available to the member.

Your health and personal information is a serious matter and we understand that confidentiality is of utmost importance. To ensure your complete privacy, we implemented and follow specific strict security protocols and processes.

It is our policy to never allow any 3rd party access that is not directly associated to our site or one of the companies providing a service or insurance to any of your personal financial or medical information.

This notice describes how medical information about you may be disclosed and how you can get access to this information. Please review this carefully. In compliance with the 1996 Congressional act to protect the privacy of patients protected health information, we will safeguard all client/patient information and will disclose or share only minimal information necessary for the following purposes: Treatment Information regarding current or past health information necessary for the agency to carry out appropriate care of the clients requesting home care services which may include but is not limited to: History and physical, progress notes, laboratory reports, x-ray reports, operative reports, consultation reports, hospital discharge reports, hospital DNR , to be obtained from any clinic, hospital, skilled nursing facility, physician office or health care agency involved in the patient/client’s present and future care. Payment Information requested by the insurance company or any associated company, necessary for the processing of claims for payment of services purchased on this site. Operations Review of medical records by any peer review organization, accrediting body, state or regulatory body for statistical or agency evaluation purposes only. Any information disclosed will be held in strict confidence and not used for any public disclosure. If you feel that your privacy rights have been violated you may contact us and ask for the Director of Operations. TWE RX HealthCorp LLC pharmacy network will supply generics at all times unless otherwise stated by customer. TWE never bills for drugs, only the winning pharmacies will bill you for your medication. Brand names are used commonly to help customers understand what they are purchasing. Please make sure you are abiding by all of your state and federal laws when making purchase.

U.S. Law: Although U.S. government officials have stated publicly that individuals who order prescription drugs from Canada or other foreign sources (up to 90 day quantities) for their own use are not being pursued or prosecuted, there are U.S. laws in effect banning such importation into the U.S. of prescription drugs from Canada and other foreign countries. Our company does not condone or encourage any such importation of prescription drugs from abroad.

Coverage by Insurance: For a drug to be reimbursable from a health reimbursement account or flexible spending account it must be approved for sale in the U.S. and prescribed by a licensed U.S. physician. If you have pharmacy insurance coverage, you may want to check with your benefits administrator to determine whether drugs ordered from outside the U.S. will be covered or reimbursed.
